To support a growing Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud practice, the full-time Associate Salesforce Data 360 / Marketing Cloud Specialist will execute hands-on configuration and delivery tasks, including building data streams and configuring Marketing Cloud journeys, while working remotely under the mentorship of experienced Leads and Architects. Key responsibilities Execute configuration tasks defined by a Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Lead, including data mapping and activation workflows Build and test ingestion pipeline components and configure Marketing Cloud journeys and automations based on provided requirements Participate in client discovery sessions, capturing requirements and supporting documentation under Lead supervision Required qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, or related technologies Working knowledge of core Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud concepts gained through training or hands-on projects Basic proficiency in SQL or SOQL for querying and validating data Current Salesforce Certified Associate or relevant Marketing Cloud certification, with a commitment to pursue additional certifications Exposure to Marketing Cloud Engagement capabilities and understanding of data governance concepts
