Salesforce Business Analyst – Sales Cloud (Life & Annuity Insurance)
Location: Onsite
Experience: 8+ years in Business Analysis, including 4+ years on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Life & Annuity Insurance and Salesforce Sales Cloud. The role requires partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions supporting insurance sales, distribution, producer onboarding, and lead management processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
• Support Salesforce implementation, configuration, and UAT activities.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, licensing, and suitability requirements.
• Define integration requirements across CRM, policy administration, commission, and distributor management systems.
Mandatory Skills
Salesforce Expertise
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and requirements documentation.
Insurance Domain (Critical)
• 4+ years in Life & Annuity Insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance sales and distribution ecosystems.
• Experience working with carriers, brokers, agencies, financial advisors, and distribution partners.
Distribution Channel Experience (Must Have)
Hands-on experience with at least one, and working knowledge of the other:
• Bankassurance: Lead distribution, referrals, advisor journeys, policy acquisition workflows.
• IMO/Retail Agency: Agency hierarchies, producer onboarding, licensing, appointments, and commissions.

• Knowledge of commission management tools (SS&C, iPipeline).
• Experience integrating policy administration and CRM platforms.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Preferred Salesforce Certifications:
o Salesforce Administrator
o Salesforce Business Analyst
o Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
