Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and customer care.
Ability to focus and excel in a remote live chat environment, handling inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a home setting.
Proficiency with live chat platforms, email, and Google Workspace.
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Organizational skills to structure tasks and manage time effectively during your shift.
No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, especially in a remote or live chat capacity.
