Job Description
Are you looking for your next employment opportunity as an Assembler? Our client in Guilford CT is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to build medical equipment with the use of hand and power tools. In this role, you will assemble precision mechanical and electronic components, perform critical quality checks, and maintain detailed compliance records in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities
- Component & Mechanical Assembly: Assemble, fit, and align precision electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies (such as valves, circuit boards, tubing, and housings) following detailed blueprints and engineering diagrams.
- Quality & Testing: Perform visual inspections, basic leak checks, and functional standard tests to ensure finished medical devices meet precise specifications.
- Utilizing hand and power tools for assembly tasks
- Packaging & Preparation: Label, clean, and securely package assembled medical units for final inspection, sterilization, or shipping.
- Documentation & Compliance: Fill out assembly logs, device history records, and quality check sheets
